PENGALAMAN | PART 5 - PERIKSA TAHAP KESUBURAN DI LPPKN

Setelah hampir sebulan menunggu, maka hari ini adalah hari untuk consultation dengan doktor. Masa memule daftar dulu, aku dah di assign bawah Dr. Komathi. Aku dgn husband sampai sane kul 8:30 based on our appointment date. xlame lpas register, nurse panggil & bagitau Dr Komathi got emergency case. So kitorg diberi doktor baru utk consultation. Doktor tu namanya Dr. Ghafar. Aku dgn husband pikir, xpela..kt proceed je sbb mcm sia-sia lak dtg hr ni kalo xde pape kan...dahla amik cuti...disebabkan penukaran doktor di saat akhir, ktorg terpaksa la tggu lama untuk turn tu sampai...duduk la melangut dalam tu sambil layan cite Doraemon Movie...dalam kul 10:00 ++ nama aku dipanggil...huhu..aku pikir ade hikmah Allah nk tunjuk ni sbb tetibe kne tukar doktor...

kitorg masuk bilik doktor tu...1st impression, Dr Ghafar ni sangat baik...cakap pn sgt lembut & xsombong...memule doktor check segala rekod kitorg & keputusan segala test sebelum ni...so sesi penerangan satu persatu berlangsung start dari formula anak terhasil smpi la actions to be taken later...

Part suami, test yg dijalankan adalah:

1. Semen analysis
2. Blood test for STD screening

Part aku, test yg dijalankan adalah:

1. HSG X-Ray
2. Blood test for STD screening, FSH, LH & PH

that's why aku kne amik darah 2 kali sblm ni...


1) JENIS DARAH
Aku xpernah amik tau pn sebelum ni jenis darah aku..so now aku dh tau..aku darah O+ & husband darah B+...dalam kes ni, aku leh derma darah aku pd husband tp aku xleh terima darah dr husband. Ok setel bab jenis darah...


2) SEMEN ANALYSIS
Dr Ghafar de terangkan formula tuk dapat baby which is sume org ade basic knowledge ni...mesti ada ♀ + ♂...baby akan terhasil jika terdapat persenyawaan...even buat everyday pn tp tak wujud persenyawaan, maka baby pn tarak...so ini penting...semen analysis ni bertujuan nk check kualiti semen husband yg dihasilkan...according to Dr Ghafar, average 1ml = 15million sperm (sbb semen kan cecair)..mesti time skola pnah blaja bentuk sperm kan..sperm terdiri dari tiga komponen...kepala, bahagian tengah & ekor...dalam kepala sperm tu ade berjuta-juta benih...bahagian tengah lak tersimpan tenaga tuk sperm tu berenang/bergerak...fungsi bahagian ekor is tuk die berenang la...

so result daripada test husband aku ni, sumenye above the minimum range...maksudnya PASS with flying colours!!!...fuyooo....


3) STD SCREENING
STD ni stands for Sexually Transmitted Disease. dalam test ni ada beberapa parameter yg dorg check which are HIV, Hepatitis B & Syphilis..Alhamdulillah, both of us are NEGATIVE..maksudnye bebas dari menghidap penyakit ni...tp xbermaksud in future xkan kena..just kne jaga elok2 la...done bab STD screening...


Bagi part perempuan, doktor de terangkan struktur organ pembiakan perempuan ni...overall struktur tersebut ade 3 "pintu"..first pintu is vagina..second pintu is pintu rahim (serviks) - to enter the uterus & the last pintu is in our Fallopian tube that connects to the ovary...

Info yg paling best doktor share is...setiap wanita yg dilahirkan...di awal kelahiran tu Allah dh tentukan berapa juta telur (ovum yg ade dalam ovari)...seorg perempuan hanya boleh mengandung bl dia start period...selagi blum stat period, ovum-ovum ni belum dibebaskan...katela sorg perempuan ade 20million ovum dalam ovari die...start period umur 13 tahun...so bl ovum die semua dh abis, maka terjadilah fenomena putus haid (menopaus) di mana perempuan dh xleh mengandung...doktor said xde cara nk check jumlah sebenar ovum yg ade dlm ovary perempuan...bkn mcm lelaki yg dorg de alat leh check kuantiti sperm...mcm kes aku, umo skrg 32 tahun...sllunya purata org putus haid is umo 50 tahun++...so aku de dlm 19 tahun je lg...hahahaha...ok sherraaammm dgr...

so setiap cycle (period cycle), akan ada atleast 1 ovum yg matang...struktur ovum terdiri drpd Nucleus (telur) diselaputi oleh Cytoplasm...at one time in a cycle, the Cytoplasm ni akan pecah dan Nucleus akan bebas...Nucleus ni yg penting utk bercantum dgn sperm tuk dptkan baby...For Cytoplasm ni tuk pecah, hormone akan mainkan peranan..that's why blood test ade cover test tuk hormone...hormone ni yg membantu proses pemecahan Ovum bagi pembebasan Nucleus tu...kalo hormone xstabil, mmg clearly akan de mslh...

4) FSH
FSH ni stands for Follicular Stimulating Hormone...Range normal tuk FSH is between 3.50 - 12.50..in my case, i PASS...Alhamdulillah...

5) LH
LH is stands for Luteinizing Hormone...Range normal tuk LH is between 2.40 - 12.60..Again, in my case, i PASS..Alhamdulillah...Allahuakbar...

6) PH
PH stands for Progesterone Hormone...die xde range but must exceed certain range (aku lupe...hahaha) but Alhamdulillah, i PASS...

7) HSG X-Ray
Result drpd HSG X-Ray ni reported that i have Retroverted Uterus..Dr Ghafar explained to us that my Uterus (Rahim) is normal...nothing abnormality appeared..means i am in a better condition...Syukur...Alhamdulillah...i did asked bout the result...ye laa...normal people akan ade Anterverted Uterus tapi mine is Retroverted Uterus..riso la kan...so doktor said nothing to be worried cause it's normal...hanya insan terpilih je ade rahim cmni...fuuuhhhh...lega gile...Level of fear decrease tremendously...Terima Kasih Allah...

so overall, the results have shown a POSITIVE result where there is still high chance for me to get pregnant...now, it's a matter of time...

so doktor cadangkan 2 methods to get pregnant

1. TIMING INTERCOURSE (TI)
2. IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) / Permanian Berhadas

TIMING INTERCOURSE
Method ni more likely mcm natural way to get pregnant but must hit the exact time/day of the ovum mature - other word waktu subur (Cytoplasm pecah & Nucleus ready to meet the sperm).

mcm kes aku, aku xtau bl time subur aku...so doktor suggest to take medicine (start treatment) to monitor & control the egg (ovum)...so, bl dh leh control ovum tu, kat situ bole tau bl exact time die pecah & waktu aku paling subur...time tu, by hook or by crook we have to do intercourse...OMG!!! but we still think positive & need to sacrifice whatever it takes to achieve our ultimate goal...


IUI
tuk proses ni, it involve quite a long time...huhu...it can be done concurrent with TI...so if during TI process i conceive, no need for IUI process..In Sya Allah...
tuk proses ni, aku kne monitor closely my period cycle whereby during my 1st day of period, i need to call LPPKN as to set appointment (1st appointment) with the doctor to start the treatment...so in between day 1 to day 5, i must go to see the doctor & start taking the medicine...then they will set the next appointment (2nd appointment) to do the scanning (i dont know what type of scanning since belum go through lg which later if it happen, i will share) then for the last, will go through the IUI procedure (3rd appointment) which i will share later if I need it..hope i no need to do IUI...please pray for me


that's all for today...hahaha..we are so happy with the result...Alhamdulillah...Allah Permudahkan...
